Expedient Medicolegal Services is a company in the healthcare and legal industry that recruits physicians in California to become Qualified Medical Evaluators (QMEs). A QME is someone who performs injury evaluations when there is a dispute between an employee and their employer. Expedient wanted to create a place for their current doctors to manage all of their case information for their upcoming evaluations.

The Problem
Expedient needed a central place for their doctors to keep track of all of their case information. This includes claimant information, injury information, and previous case information.
Some of this information is HIPAA sensitive. So, Expedient needed this data to be protected and secure
Most of Expedient’s doctors are not tech savvy. The portal would need to be intuitive and easy to manage.
